Formini operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Formini is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and services in our online store.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Formini products are professional scale models developed for spatial design. They are intended for use by interior designers, architects, students and design professionals.
Formini models contain small components and are not intended as toys for children.
Because our models are produced using bioplastic containing natural elephant grass fibres, small variations in colour, surface texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the material and production process and do not affect the functionality of the models.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
Formini reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• pricing errors
• incorrect product descriptions
• suspected fraud
• technical errors on the website
Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed in the webshop include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time without notice.

You represent that the payment method used for the purchase is valid and authorized.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
Formini primarily ships within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, we recommend placing your order via our Etsy shop:

For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, models, images, graphics, text, product photographs and branding elements are the intellectual property of Formini.
Formini products are original design objects developed by the studio.
The following is not permitted without prior written permission:
• copying or reproducing Formini products
• reverse engineering the designs
• producing similar products based on Formini models
• distributing or selling reproductions of the models
• using Formini product images or texts for commercial purposes
Formini does not sell digital files, CAD drawings or 3D printing files related to the products.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in removal requests or compensation claims.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Our store may provide access to tools or services offered by third parties.
These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees.
We are not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party tools.
