Shipping from the studio
Formini is a small independent design studio.
All products are designed, produced and packed by the founder.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped once or twice per week.
Because of this studio-based workflow, orders may take a few days before they are dispatched. We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Processing time
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within the European Union
Orders within the EU are typically delivered within:
2–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
International shipping
Formini primarily ships within the European Union.
For customers outside the EU, we recommend placing your order via our Etsy shop:

This helps ensure correct handling of international taxes and import procedures.
Import duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Formini has no control over these costs.
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers such as DHL, PostNL or similar providers depending on the destination.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Shipping delays
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Formini is not responsible for delays caused by:
• shipping carriers
• customs processing
• weather conditions
• international transport disruptions
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.
