A note from the studio
Formini is a small independent design studio. Every product is designed, produced, and carefully packed by the founder.
The models are made from bioplastic containing natural elephant grass fibres. Because of this natural material, slight variations in colour or texture may occur between sets. These small differences are part of the character of the material and do not affect the functionality of the models.
If something is not as expected, please feel free to contact us. We always try to find a fair and thoughtful solution.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• unused
• in the same condition that you received it
• in its original packaging
• complete, including all parts of the set

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Formini does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of returned items
Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
Because Formini products are sold as toolkits with multiple components, returns are only accepted if the complete set is returned.
If a returned item is incomplete or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• custom or personalised products
• special orders
• sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The item must still be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
